Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the cost of advertising on the Jobs Board?
A: The cost to advertise on the Jobs Board is based on your CareerTrackers membership type. Please see an overview below:
Partner Type |
Cost per advertisement |
---|---|
Friends of CareerTrackers members | $200 plus GST |
10×10 employment partners | $250 plus GST |
All other partner types | $250 plus GST |
Q: Who is able to advertise a role on the CareerTrackers Jobs Board?
A: Any of our existing CareerTrackers partners. This includes our employment partners, Friends of CareerTrackers members, university partners, community partners and philanthropic partners.
Q: Is there a time limit to how long a role can remain on the Jobs Board?
A: Your role will remain on the Jobs Board until your nominated closing date. If your role is open ended or an expression of interest then we will automatically remove the post at the end of the year.
Q: Can we advertise graduate roles?
A: You can advertise whatever role you would like, however as the Jobs Board intended audience is our alumni cohort we do not recommend posting graduate roles as the majority of alumni are past this stage in their career.
Q: How will my role be advertised to the alumni community?
A: Not only do our alumni have direct access to the Jobs Board via our website, we push out weekly updates of new roles posted on the Jobs Board when available. These are posted directly on our social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) pages to our specific alumni groups.
Q: Can we connect the Jobs Board directly to our recruitment system?
A: At this stage we are unable to directly link the Jobs Board to your recruitment system. We require a link from you when you advertise which we direct the applicants to use to view the role in further detail.
Q: Can CareerTrackers confirm who has applied for a role using the Jobs Board?
A: No, this will need to be managed on your end by asking applicants how they heard about the role. We can provide data on how many people are accessing the Jobs Board as well as how many people have clicked on your advertisement link.
