Women In Leadership Mentoring Program

Accelerate your leadership journey

The Women in Leadership Mentoring program is a 12-month mutual learning opportunity that aims to empower CareerTrackers Alumnae to accelerate their leadership journey by participating in a one-on-one mentoring relationship.

Program Objectives:

    1. Empowering and equipping First Nations women on their journey to be leaders in Australia
    2. Build a supportive community of mentors and mentees
    3. Develop key skills to navigate the leadership journey of CareerTrackers alums

We have supported over 40 alums on their leadership journey to date and you could be next!

2023 Intake

This Program provides participants with a one-on-one senior executive/leader female mentor and access to executive leadership training and resources.

The CareerTrackers Women’s Mentoring Program is a 12-month leadership program that uses the power of senior female-to-female mentorship, leadership training and a supportive community to support the career development of CareerTrackers Alumni.

Mentors we are looking for
25 female senior executives who have demonstrated excellence in their field and are passionate about helping develop the next generation of First Nations women in leadership.
The Program will commence in September 2023 and run for 12 months. Mentors agree to 9 meetings with their mentee, generally on a month-to-month basis.

Mentees we are looking for
25 female CareerTrackers Alumni who are seeking the tools to navigate leadership in their industry and/or community, who are committed to being a positive role model for young women.

Participants can be based in any location in Australia but must participate fully in all Program activities, including travelling to attend events where possible.

The Program will commence in September 2023 and run for 12 months. Specific dates of workshops will be provided to successful applicants.
